ERG: 75 workouts for athletes, brings together erg workouts, warm ups and cool downs to take your rowing and erging to the next level. These workouts come from the pages of Lisa Schelnker's training journal and are many of the workouts she used while training on the US Rowing National Team and preparing for the Olympics.



If you are just beginning on the indoor rower, start with the Beginner and Intermediate workouts. For those athletes that are looking for a strong complement to their training regimen, the Advanced workouts are for you: steady state, AT, and interval work. The ruhige KraftΤΜ workouts are 20 workouts Lisa used as she trained for her key competitions, including the Olympics and CRASH-B's.
